FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I place an order?
You can submit your request via our website or send us a detailed email to: info@lvcrafted.us Please include your name, phone number, item material with sizing you need and your event date. Example: Foam Backdrop in Thick Foam Size: 4ft Wide x 8ft Tall, Event Date: 3/3/23.
How long does it take to get a response?
Please allow 24-48 business hours on Monday’s,Tuesday’s, and Friday’s and up to 72 business hours on our production (Wednesday and Thursdays).
What is the typical turn around time on orders ? Due to demand and design process orders can take up to 2 weeks to complete and be ready for pick up. If you are ordering to have shipped to you please allocate additional time for delivery.
Can orders be expedited ? Yes, for an additional service charge orders may be expedited BUT this is only based on availability and must be confirmed with LV CRAFTED team.
Can I receive a design proof before paying?
Orders need to be placed first before a proof is sent over. Since we offer custom orders, each design takes its own dedicated time and labor. If no order is placed then a customization flat fee of $50 will be charged.
What Does Print Ready Mean?
Print Ready is a term we use which means the submitted print file meets the following criteria for print; before you send your document to your printer, make sure your file meets the following criteria:
File is in proper format (High-Resolution JPG, PDF, PNG).
Check if the final image has enough resolution (300 dpi minimum at 100% size).
Contains only high-resolution image data.
File is formatted to the proper measurements requested (width x height).
What if I don’t have a print ready file?
In some instances we can provide graphic design services. Please submit your inspo picture and we can advise.
If the file does not require any additional modifications or tweaks before being sent to the printer.
LV CRAFTED is not responsible for any resolution on files sent. All files sent will print as-is.
Color differences:
Color is a perception that is different for everyone, LV CRAFTED cannot guarantee an exact color match. Additionally, because of differences in the ink batch, print media, and color profile settings on our printers, your print may not be the exact color that appears on your computer screen.
Is an approval required in design proofs before printing starts?
To ensure that all information on the artwork is correct, we do require an approval for design proofs. We want our customers to be satisfied with the final product.
Where can I pick up my order?
You may pick up your item(s) in at our warehouse located at 2310 Vance Ave suite 202-E Chattanooga, TN, 37404
What are your hours of operation?
Monday- Thursday 9:00AM- 3:00PM BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Friday 9:00AM-3:00PM FOR PICKUP ONLY
Saturday and Sunday CLOSED.
Does LV CRAFTED Ship?
Yes, we do! For shipping purposes, some items may be shipped in a foldable manner. LV CRAFTED is not responsible for any loss or damage of items. LV CRAFTED is not responsible for the delivery date as that is out of our control. All claims for lost and damaged packages must be submitted to the shipping carrier directly. Please make sure to place your order with ample time as we cannot guarantee a shipping date due to courier and unforeseen circumstances that can delay the arrival date of your package.
Will the backdrops fit in my car?
Please measure your vehicle, typically, all backdrops that are 4ft wide will only fit in a big SUV like a Suburban, Mini Van, U-Haul. We are not responsible for items not fitting in the car.
Will the backdrops and cut-outs stand on their own? Backdrops come with self stand, but cut outs do NOT come with a stand if a stand is needed can be requested for an additional charge.
What all comes in the bundle packages? Bundles included printed props and/or printed backdrop. Please note that Backdrops do include a stand but printed props do not include a stand unless requested. NO TAPE OR ADHESIVE FOR PROPS WILL BE PROVIDED.
What materials are used for the backdrops and cut outs? Foam Board or Cloroplast
What size is suggested for backdrops and floor wraps? Unfortunately, this will all depend on the area you would like to cover. We highly recommend measuring the desire area to get a width and height for the product.
